Since November 2011, I have adopted a Primal, Nutritional Ketosis lifestyle. I don’t call it a diet anymore – I feel so good now, I call it the correct way for ME to eat.
‘Primal’ comes from www.marksdailyapple.com. I get most of my ideas on exercise and food choices from Mark’s great website and books.
‘Nutritional Ketosis’ refers to my VERY low carbohydrate intake – usually 20 grams per day. Also called ketogenic diet or similar to Atkins.
